- NSW legislation requires that your pool or spa must be registered on the NSW Pool Registry and have a pool certificate
- If you are selling or leasing your property you must have a pool certificate as part of your contract
- You can sell your property with a Non Compliance Certificate. The new owner gets 90 days from settlement to make pool or spa compliant.
- If you are leasing the property you must have a Compliance Certificate. This is valid for three years
